Membership Commitments

I, the undersigned party, wish to become a member of Jacob's Well Church. I have been given the opportunity to read the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Book of Church Order (BOCO) of the Presbyterian Church in America (which are both located on our web page entitled "Denomination and Confession." (jacobswellgb.org/who-we-are/denomination-confession) I understand that this church is governed by the BOCO and I hereby covenant and agree to be bound by the policies and procedures set forth in them.

Next Steps

Please identify three Sunday dates that you would be available for a membership interview: (example: September 6th, September 20th and September 27th). Interviews will take place on Sundays at 10:30am during the second service.

Because of the Biblical Priority to attend Worship on Sunday mornings, if you are unable to attend the first service prior to the membership interview, we will reschedule your membership interview for another time so that you can attend church that Sunday.
